राष्ट्रीय संविधान रक्षा समिति (Rashtriya Samvidhan Raksha Samiti) एक नागरिक-केंद्रित पहल है जिसका उद्देश्य भारत के संविधान में निहित मूल्यों — न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, समानता और बंधुत्व — को समाज के प्रत्येक स्तर पर मजबूत करना है। संगठन का विश्वास है कि संविधान केवल एक विधिक दस्तावेज़ नहीं, बल्कि प्रत्येक नागरिक के अधिकार, गरिमा और सुरक्षा की आधारशिला है।
यह पहल “संविधानी आंदोलन” की विचारधारा से प्रेरित है, जो यह संदेश देती है कि भारत का प्रत्येक नागरिक एक ही राष्ट्रीय परिवार का सदस्य है। यह आंदोलन जाति, धर्म, भाषा और क्षेत्रीय विभाजनों से ऊपर उठकर संविधान, न्याय और मानवता के सार्वभौमिक मूल्यों के आधार पर राष्ट्रीय एकता को मजबूत करने का प्रयास करता है।
राष्ट्रीय संविधान रक्षा समिति का मानना है कि एक सशक्त लोकतंत्र की नींव जागरूक और जिम्मेदार नागरिकों पर आधारित होती है। जब नागरिक अपने संवैधानिक अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों को समझते हैं, तब वे अन्याय, भ्रष्टाचार, सत्ता के दुरुपयोग और भेदभाव के विरुद्ध प्रभावी रूप से खड़े हो सकते हैं। इसी उद्देश्य से संगठन विधिक जागरूकता, सामाजिक संवाद और जनहित पहलों के माध्यम से समाज में संवैधानिक चेतना को बढ़ावा देता है।
संगठन का एक महत्वपूर्ण उद्देश्य उन नागरिकों को नैतिक, सामाजिक और विधिक सहयोग प्रदान करना है जो किसी प्रकार के अन्याय, उत्पीड़न या झूठे आरोपों का सामना कर रहे हों। संगठन का मूल सिद्धांत है कि न्याय व्यक्ति की पहचान से नहीं बल्कि सत्य, तथ्य और कानून के आधार पर होना चाहिए।
हमारा मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांत है —
“कौन सही है यह मत देखो, बल्कि यह देखो कि क्या सही है।”
राष्ट्रीय संविधान रक्षा समिति हर उस नागरिक का स्वागत करती है जो संविधान के प्रति सम्मान रखता है, न्याय और मानव गरिमा के मूल्यों में विश्वास करता है तथा एक अधिक न्यायपूर्ण, सुरक्षित और एकजुट भारत के निर्माण में योगदान देना चाहता है।
हमारा लक्ष्य केवल समस्याओं पर प्रतिक्रिया देना नहीं, बल्कि एक ऐसे समाज के निर्माण में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाना है जहाँ प्रत्येक नागरिक को न्याय, सम्मान और समान अवसर प्राप्त हो।
हमारा विश्वास है कि जब नागरिक संविधान के मूल्यों के साथ एकजुट होते हैं, तब ही एक न्यायपूर्ण, जागरूक और सशक्त भारत का निर्माण संभव है।

Rashtriya Sanvidhan Raksha Samiti is a citizen-centric initiative dedicated to strengthening the core values enshrined in the Constitution of India — Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity — across every level of society. The organization believes that the Constitution is not merely a legal document, but the very foundation that safeguards the rights, dignity, and security of every citizen.
This initiative is inspired by the philosophy of the “Sanvidhani Movement,” which conveys the message that every citizen of India belongs to one national family. The movement seeks to rise above divisions of caste, religion, language, and region, and to strengthen national unity on the basis of the universal values of constitutionalism, justice, and humanity.
Rashtriya Sanvidhan Raksha Samiti believes that a strong democracy rests upon aware and responsible citizens. When citizens understand their constitutional rights and duties, they are empowered to stand firmly against injustice, corruption, abuse of power, and discrimination. With this objective, the organization promotes constitutional awareness in society through legal education, social dialogue, research, and public interest initiatives.
An important objective of the organization is to provide moral, social, and legal support to citizens who are facing injustice, oppression, or false accusations. The guiding principle of the organization is that justice should not depend on a person’s identity, but must be based on truth, facts, and the rule of law.
Our guiding principle is:
“Dont see Who is right , See what is right.”
Rashtriya Sanvidhan Raksha Samiti welcomes every citizen who respects the Constitution, believes in the values of justice and human dignity, and wishes to contribute towards building a more just, secure, and united India.
Our goal is not merely to react to problems, but to play an active role in building a society where every citizen receives justice, dignity, and equal opportunity.
We believe that when citizens unite around the values of the Constitution, only then can a just, aware, and empowered India truly emerge.
